Sana Bushra is a Partner at Esperta Management and an accounting and finance professional specialising in taxation, auditing and advisory. She has more than 15 years of hands-on experience, built working with state-owned enterprises, public-sector organisations, multinational companies and leading chartered accountancy firms.

She is an Income Tax Practitioner and a CA Finalist. She has represented clients in complex taxation matters at several appellate forums, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Commissioner Appeals, along with multiple representations before the Federal Tax Ombudsman. Her work includes tax compliance, corporate and sales tax filings, audit defence, wealth and net-worth reconciliations and refund matters, with regular coordination with the FBR, PRAL and STRIVE.

On the assurance side she has worked across external and internal audits, the development of internal control frameworks, PPRA compliance, procurement oversight, financial reporting and the preparation of financial manuals. She has played a significant role in establishing and improving internal audit functions for state-owned enterprises, and maintains liaison with senior High Court and Supreme Court counsel on corporate taxation matters. She has also delivered staff training and lectures on taxation.
